Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Business Process Analyst for a
Contract assignment with one of our premier Automotive Banking clients in Fort Mill, SC. Business Process Analyst position will support optimization of IBM Watson processes. Existing system supports consumer and commercial business front line customer service and collections and interfaces with multiple local landscape applications. Responsibilities :- Work closely with the operational team supporting Watson content management and collaborate with content subject matter experts and end users to optimize processes and content and workflows
- Development of new content and optimization of existing content.
- Rigorously test the design of existing and new content.
- Perform and document User Acceptance Testing to validate functionality of any usage expansion.
- Assist in the development and documentation of instructional training documents.
- Identifying issues and risks within the content.
- 1-3 years automotive finance business processes with focus on call center activities (Customer Service and Collection processes)
- 1-3 years Business Analyst experience, on large and complex projects
- 1-2 years business process analysis and documentation
- 1-2 years project management and facilitation activities
- Experience with IBM Watson or other AI products
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting or Economics
