South Carolina Solar, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service/ Client Representative for our office on Pelham road in Greenville.
What We're Looking For:
This position will entail communicating directly with clients via telephone and email, making confirmation and status calls, updating appointments and coordinating with our internal sales and technical staff. You will also be responsible for making preparations for fun events like trade shows and focus groups! This is an extremely detailed oriented position and you must be a team player to join our team. This is a fun, upbeat office with that relies on humor, hard work and coffee!
Position Requirements:
- MUST be able to start IMMEDIATELY!
- Must be energetic, creative & efficient.
- Must be "on-time, every time"! Deadlines are a must.
- Must have an excellent phone demeanor!
- Must pay extremely close attention to detail.
- Must have a high-school diploma. (Some college preferred)
- Must be comfortable and functional with PC (Email, MS Office, Adobe, Etc.)
- Must have a vehicle & cellular phone!
- Must be able to pass a background & drug screening!
Pay & Benefits:
Customer Service / Client Manager
Full-Time (40 Hour Week)
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 Hour Lunch)
- Pay is $13.00 per hour for the first 6 months and will increase to $15.00 per hour until one year review
- First year: (5) Vacation Days after 6 Months and will increase to (7) days after one year
