(https://ryder.com/job-applicant-privacy-policy)You are the driving force behind our company.Start your career with Ryder today!SummaryIT Coordinator provides reporting, presentation, expense management and administrative support to the Information Technology team and serves as a liaison between IT management and different business unites/departments.The IT Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of tasks for their IT department/function, while working with limited supervision and instructions for routine assignments, and general information for new work or special assignments. This position requires the individual to have considerable knowledge of the areas of responsibilities and the ability to apply this knowledge to problems encountered.Essential FunctionsInvoice and ASL Management – Manages invoice/PO routing, approvals, timely processing and escalations. Ensures team is delivering artifacts on financial schedule and coordinates response to “ad-hoc” requests. Serves as the liaison to solve any issues with vendor invoices and timesheets.

Presentation support – Assists in the creation of PowerPoint presentations, Visio diagrams, etc. for projects, strategic initiatives and management team presentations

Keeps track of projects, gets updates from various team members, and helps place traction on these projects.

Team metrics and KPIs – Consolidates and distributes team KPIs and dashboards for review. Creates charts and graphs of various IT data analyses. Ensures adequate communication and follow-up is maintained regarding all dashboard and scorecard inputs.

Meeting coordination and recaps – Schedules Team Level (ASL) and Roll-up level Management meetings. Participates and provides recaps and follow-up actions items.

RCE/Procurement Artifact Management – Ensures requests are flowing through the established process and signatures are obtained on agreements, SOW’s, etc., and linked to Planview Setup for kick-off of project.

Tracks escalations – Tracks customer and leadership escalations, and provides ongoing review with management to ensure coverage and closure of issues.

Travel/Expense Management – Coordinates travel scheduling, reviewing and processing expenses.

Resource onboarding – Manages job postings, contracting firm requests, Schedule A’s, procurement of equipment, credential requests, initial Planview set-up and delivery of equipment.

Strong knowledge and skills in the use of MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel intermediate required

Familiar with creating diagrams and flowcharts (MS Visio) intermediate preferred

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within IT departmentbeginner preferred

QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.

Two (2) years or more IT experience. preferred

One (1) year or more leading IT coordination activities. preferred

Strong knowledge and skills in the use of MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel intermediate required
