Description: Quality Control Analyst SrLocation: Greenville SCWhat You Will Be DoingAs a Senior Quality Control Analyst in our Quality Ground Regulations Assurance (QGRA) team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards across all processes, materials, and systems at our Greenville, SC site. You will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on quality discrepancies, conducting process audits, and leading initiatives in areas such as policy development, ground operations, and foreign object debris prevention. This role requires strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed regulatory and industry standards.Key Responsibilities- Review, analyze, and report on quality discrepancies related to raw materials, parts, assemblies, processes, and systems, ensuring adherence to the highest standards.- Conduct process surveillance audits to evaluate procedural compliance, document findings, and provide statistical summaries to program leadership and external organizations.- Lead and participate in critical QGRA functions, including policy development, root cause and corrective action (RCCA) processes, Ground Operation Procedures management (GOPS), Aircraft Ground Damage Investigation, and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, engineering, and customer representatives, to ensure all quality and regulatory requirements are met.What’s In It For YouFrom onsite to remote, we offer flexible work schedules to comprehensive benefits investing in your future and security, Learn more about Lockheed Martin’s comprehensive benefits package here.Do you want to be part of a company culture that empowers employees to think big, lead with a growth mindset, and make the impossible a reality?
