Need Cleaners for IMMEDIATE HIRE
Cleaners for construction cleans and home cleans.!
Full Crews are also welcome.

Rates: compensation depends on experience and knowledge of construction cleans.
Work day is Monday - Friday 8am start till work is complete.
LOOKING FOR:
Cleaners who do typical home cleaning.
-Prefer cleaners with own transportation.
-Must speak good english and have cell phone.
-Must have drivers licence and social security number.
-Must be in good physical health
-Compensation to be discussed per house or per hr. Must work under time requirements given.
Supervisor for construction cleans FULL TIME
Knowledge of construction cleans a must
Supervisor will clean and or run cleaning crews working with operations manager on scheduling and completing cleaning on a daily basis.
-Must be available to work monday thru friday and some weekends if and when necessary for work load.
-Must speak english and be able to communicate with operations manager.
-Must have cell phone.
-Must provide own transportation preferably van or truck to carry 42' ladders and cleaning supplies and have valid drivers license.
-Must have social security number.
-Construction Cleaners MUST have knowledge of the following types of cleans:
CONSTRUCTION ROUGH SWEEP: House under construction must sweep entire home: Dispose of debris and sweep entire house for floor prep.
WINDOWS AND TUBS CLEAN: Clean all bathrooms, all windows interior & exterior, Remove all stains and paint and glue with appropriate chemicals and tools. Clean and wash kitchen, vacuum
all carpets.
FINAL CLEAN: Clean all windows (wipe down and clean frame), wipe down kitchen, clean all bathrooms, remove all paper and plastic covering from the floor, clean all doors and trim, sweep garage, Vacuum, mop and vacuum floor.
CLOSE CLEAN: Reclean the house after trades have done work on home and perform clean on all windows (wipe down and clean frame), wipe down kitchen, clean all bathrooms, remove all paper and plastic covering from the floor, clean all doors and trim, sweep garage, Vacuum, mop and vacuum floor twice.
