We are offering a long-term full-time position as our Home Textiles expert: anything from invoicing blanket orders, to managing the outlet store and our online shops on various platforms. Duties will also include miscellaneous clerical work such as customer service and reception. Our employees enjoy the ability to work independently and take pride in being responsible for their own sphere of work. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail that can keep up with the evolving requirements of the internet-related work integral to this position. We work as a close-knit team, and good communication skills are extremely important for both the customer service duties and working together with co-workers. Candidates will be thoroughly trained in industry-specific knowledge after hiring.

Duties:
Reception
Customer service for blanket customers (questions, returns, etc)
Management of product listings, inventory, and sales on various websites (eg Amazon, eBay, etc)
Invoicing blanket orders
Management of the blanket outlet (customer service, restocking, payments, etc)
Some Marketing / Sales as a growth opportunity
Requirements:
Comfortable with modern office software (eg Microsoft Office)
Proficiency in using a search engine to find new information
