We at KUS Services, LLC are looking for a Property Preservation Crew with experience in HUD-coded lock changes, winterization, drywall/siding repair, floor repair, soffit/fascia repair, and lawn maintenance for Commercial and Residential properties all over SC.

Must be willing to take good photos with tape measurements for all the damages, and before, during, and after photos of all
work completion.
Must estimate any damages found at the property they visit. We prioritize someone who has clear and open eyes for a new bid
opportunities while completing other jobs at a location, property, or site.
Work to be completed:
Lawn maintenance (weekly grass cut, trimming overgrowth)
Lock Change
Trashout
Winterization
Monthly Sales Clean
Repairs (drywall, carpet, siding, gutter, soffit/fascia, etc.)
Roof-Tarp/Repair/Replace
Boarding /re-glazing
Fence repair. Etc.
Payment: Payments are within 7–10 days
