Job Responsibilities:
Work on a customers dealer lot and produce duplicate keys and transponders for vehicles that are in need of one or multiple working keys.
Program keys so that the vehicle functions like it did the keys that came from the original equipment manufacturer.
Maintain equipment and inventory within an assigned company vehicle.
Accurately submit invoices and work orders into an invoicing system on a timely basis.
Maintain a positive relationship with the customer and address any questions or concerns on the spot.
Qualifications:
1-2 yrs. Automotive Locksmith experience required
Automotive Key Duplication, Programming, and Origination skills required
Intermediate knowledge with a personal computer.
Sales and customer service experience are essential.
Must be responsible, reliable and able to work without constant supervision.
Must be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic.
