OTR Company Drivers and Owner OpsÂWanted!by Miller TransportWe are looking for company drivers and Independent Owner Operators to join our company!ÂCompany Driver PackageWe offer very competitive pay packages which include paid vacation, sign on bonus, detention / layover pay, tarp pay, safety bonuses and referral bonuses.ÂÂÂWe currentlyÂhave openings for pulling our Conestogas, Flatbeds, Stepdecks, Stretch trailers, and Reefers. We start qualified company drivers at a minimum of .55 cents per mile or a percentage of linehaulÂandÂguarantee a minimum of $1200.00 dollars perÂweek.ÂOwner Operator PackageOur top Owner Operators areÂon schedule to gross over $400.000.00 this year and our average open deck Owner Operators are on schedule to gross $300,000.00 this year even on a down year for freight. Our van owner operators are on schedule to grossÂover $230,000.00 this year and averaging $2.74 for all miles. ÂWe don't focus on miles but on higher freight rate per mile. We pay 75 percent if you bring your trailer and 70 percent if you pull one of our company trailers. We pay daily on every load so you are never waiting on your money! We haul a lot of specialized freight that we can still negotiate fair rates to keep revenue up. We offer a very competitive fuel discount program averaging 25+ cents off the listed cash price, tire program, and fair rates in our local shop for minor repairs and services. We feel so confident, we will evenÂgive you current owner operators to speak with on their experiences!ÂÂ
