Position Title: Analyst V SystemsPosition Location:Position Summary:This position will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and integration of the corporate WAN, LAN, Security, Data Center architecture within the Retail and Ecommerce Environments.Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Leads partners in IT, business areas and vendors in understanding, and enhancing business requirements to create technical, and functional specifications. Provide subject matter expertise in the analysis, design, and preparation of technology solutions to meet business needsLeads the design, build, validation, implementation, and maintenance of IT application systems and/or infrastructure solutions in support of our current, and future business needs.Interfaces with IT PMO, architecture, and service delivery teams among others in support of delivering timely, robust, and scalable solutions.Interfaces with and guides network, hosting, and End User Technology engineers and/or vendor partners in providing clarifications on design patterns, as needed.Performs solution verification to ensure the solution is built in accordance with the specifications meeting business and technical requirements.Responsible for technology lifecycle portfolio management from conceptualization until retirement in one or more areas.Provides support and/or interfaces with support teams, internal or external, to ensure business and technical issues with applications and/or infrastructure are resolved timely and effectively. Requirements Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent Experience will be evaluated as a combination of education, job experiences and recent growth and performance.10+ years of experience in related fields5-10 years experience in VMWareKnowledge:• VMware vSphere• VMware vSAN• Virtualized Networking Concepts (VDS, Firewall, NIOC etc.)• Virtualization of Linux and Windows• PowerCLi and bash• Provisioning and configuration automationBonus Knowledge:• Master's degree and/or Retail Technology Experience• vRealize Suite (Operations Manager, Log Insight)• Familiar with Cisco and Arista network principles• Cisco ACI and Arista Cloud Vision experience• VMware VCP CertifiedSkills• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills• Drive to look for issues and execute towards resolution• Critical thinker and problem-solver• Oral and/or written communication skills• Ability to influence leadership• Attention to detailAbilities• Ability to manage own work time and priorities in accordance with aggressive timelines and budgets• Rapidly diagnose issues and suggest solutions• Develop and maintain high quality software products supporting the organizations standards#dicejobsVacancy expired!
