In accordance with established SRH Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehab P&P and
national certification guidelines, utilizes the respiratory process to
provide care for Cardiac and Pulmonary rehab patients. Performs patient
assessments and orientations; develops and implements individualized
plan of care utilizing the rehab process; maintains emergency
Respiratory Therapist skills; assists with program development, system
evaluations (performance improvement) and implements change in a
positive manner; serves as a positive role model promoting a healthy
lifestyle and reinforcing the need for disease management. Performs
other duties as assigned by the manager.
