- Project Management / Steering - candidates should have had extensive RFP experience .
- Process Development and Improvements .
- Microsoft Office: especially strong excel skills (formulas, formatting).
- This is project management for 82 local sites (limited to no travel outside the local plant).
- This person will be working on the facilities maintenance team, of about 7 total associates.
- Person will be responsible to lead weekly work process meetings which include steering projects and determining what projects need to be worked on, where they are in the process and follow up to completion,
- The right candidate has solid project management experience and would be comfortable leading without authority in cross functional teams Pluses: maintenance experience (not a must), SAP experience is NOT required, but a nice to have, PMP nice to have but not a must
