You will work under general supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented engineers. You will contribute to the development of Honeywell's next generation of Aerospace products supporting new products from concept development through the start of production for manufacturing cost, yield, and schedule execution. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who support current product value engineering and the optimization of the manufacturing process.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct supplier workshops and product line deep dives to identify new cost take out and scrap ideas.

Participate in electrical Value Engineering and cost take out projects aligned with business and GBE plans

Executes the Value Engineering process and ensures consistent application across all projects

Provides technical support to current Value Engineering projects in execution, to improve product cost, producibility, and yield

Develops short, medium- and long-term projects through deep dives and supplier workshops to maintain a portfolio of potential projects to support AOP and STRAP planning for Cost Performance Engineering

Develops and maintains required reporting templates and tools to support project reviews, Management Operating Reviews and clearinghouses as needed

YOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree in Business, Electrical Eng Engineering or Supply Chain

2 years of Engineering, Program Management and or Integrated Supply Chain experience

Must be a US citizen due to contractual requirements

WE VALUEITAR clearance

Experience performing product manufacturing cost analysis

Ability to understand and establish priorities in a complex and demanding environment

Work in a matrix environment with a focus on building relationships and driving improvements over multiple locations

Possess excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

A project manager who is well organized, detail oriented and self-motivated

Possess a positive attitude and professional image with impeccable business ethics

A change agent with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Six Sigma Green Belt certification and Technical proficiency in the use of Excel, Access and other Microsoft Office tools
