Marketing Communications, Senior Executive - South Asia Division: Materials Group (MG)Reports to: Marketing Communications Manager, LPM, South Asia & SSAWe are seeking a motivated and experienced marketing communications professional, to support Label and Packaging Materials (LPM) and  drive Intelligent Labels (IL) and Digital Solutions (DS) customer and brand marketing. The person needs to be able to execute and drive   marketing communication actions as per an agreed calendar in a way that educates, inspires, and supports our ongoing growth and success in the industry.The person will  ideate, write, design, and produce engaging content, campaigns, events and tools directly or through nominated agencies with the aim to grow our brand, engage with key target audiences, and launch new product innovations.Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing communications plans as per agreed calendars that guides the delivery of initiatives to ecosystem partners (i.e. end users and converters) to achieve business goals and strategiesBe the Marketing business partner for business leaders to ensure that marcom is a key enabler for growth for IL and DSFor IL and DS coordinate with the external agencies, service providers and event bodies (RAI, IWS, ET) on execution.For IL and DS, lead coordination with internal stakeholders in marketing - global marcom for content and enabling functions like procurement and logistics for shipping booth displays.Support the  execution of comprehensive and integrated marketing communication campaigns across all channels, including events, trade shows and managing lead data received from digital lead for the LPM business.Support the admin part of execution for LPM marcom initiatives - raising PO, followup for advance payment to vendors, making GRN, followup for the final payments and managing sourcing and dispatch of collaterals and merchandise.This includes collaboration with cross-functional teams particularly with sales leaders, segment managers, and product managers to develop compelling, targeted content, and identify channels and platforms that effectively communicate our value propositions to customers. Manage the budget, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs delivered for the IL and DS businessesRequired skills and experienceAbout 5 years of relevant marketing communication experience in the B2B industryGrowth mindset Extensive experience in working with cross-functional teams, particularly across Sales &  Marketing functions.Experience and success driving multiple detailed projects and collaborating with different teams and stakeholdersUnderstanding and appreciation of new-age digital marketing strategies, tools, processes and systems.Exceptionally organized and attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.Well-versed in Project management Is creative, detail-focused, and highly flexible, with exceptional communication skillsFluency in verbal and written English
