Dunkin' LLC is looking for energetic and outgoing crew members to Join our team! Crew members starting pay is $12.00 an hour. Dunkin is looking for Hard working, Team player , Competitive, Guest Focus and Decision making. As a Dunkin' franchise we offer flexible scheduling, opportunities to grow and in-house management training. We have room to grow ! The growth and development of our people is one of the most important priorities for Dunkin'. We are growing rapidly, and we want our people to grow with us. We currently have many management positions open, and will continue to have them open. We are tasked with building up to 20 more locations in 5 years! There is a 8-10 week management training program available to those who apply for it. The training program is a once a week for 1-2 hours of training 8-10 weeks in a row.
