We are now hiring guides and rangers, as well as customer service and retail associates, for our spring/summer 2019 season.
We have part time positions available beginning in February, but those positions grow to full time by summer.
We train all our new team members on site during the spring.We are looking for very dependable and responsible applicants.
Punctuality and reliability are extremely important for each role on our team.
Applicants who are not willing to spend their season outdoors during any weather conditions need not apply.
Both courses are open 7 days a week in the spring and summer, so staff will be required to work weekdays and weekends with varying days off.
Anyone who applies should recognize that this is a lifestyle more than a typical job and standard work hours do not apply.
Basic Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years of age or older for retail positions.
Must be at least 18 years of age or older for Guiding and Ranger positions.
Must weigh between 80 and 250 lbs.
Must have full range of motion of both arms and legs.
Must be able to work from at least Memorial Day to around Labor Day.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Must be able to work outdoors for long hours in diverse weather conditions.
Must be available to work long days from 8am to 8pm if needed.
Must be able to pass drug and background check.
Minimum Skill Requirements:
Must have good communication skills.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, exhibit patience, and be able to interact with different types of people.
Must be a positive team player.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Must have organizational skills and time management.
