GENERAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Position Description:
This job includes preventative maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting and the ability to diagnose and solve problems.
Experience: 1 to 5 Years Experience.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- General Maintenance Skills
- Communicates effectively with dispatcher, manager, and property managers
- Perform Preventive Maintenance
- Basic IT (Internet, TV, & Phone Troubleshooting)
- Basic Plumbing
- Basic Electrical
- Troubleshoot Appliance Repair
- Painting and Drywall Repair
- Administrative (FSM, Google Applications, & Iphone)
- Inventory Control
- Basic Window and Door Knowledge
- Basic Mold Remediation Knowledge
- Basic Vehicle Preventive Maintenance
Job Compensation:
- Ranges from $15.00 to $20.00 based on experience
- Includes Company I-Phone
- Open (7) Days a Week - Flex Hours - 40 Hours a week Guaranteed
