We are looking for a Commercial Analyst to provide expert financial analysis, insights and commentary on the business performance of Catholic Healthcare’s Home and Community Services (HCS).
This role is available on a 12-month full-time maximum term basis and will reportto the Commercial Manager HCS. As the Commercial Analyst, your role will be to:
- Contribute to the deliverance of cost reduction efficiencies and vale creation strategies.
- Produce and review monthly reporting packs for/with key stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Finance and IT teams to provide financial insights and analysis on business performance (ie, key business drivers and performance metrics) to support decision making.
- Prepare budgets, quarterly forecasts, and lasted estimates, and more.
To be considered a successful candidate, you will possess the following:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within healthcare, aged care or multi-site operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce or equivalent.
- CPA or CA qualified (or working towards).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to build complex financial models using macros.
- Demonstrated experience with Power BI (preferred) with strong technical analytics/data skills.
- Strong business partnership and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and cohesive team environment.
- A high level of pride in presentation of work with effective presentation skills.
