Education and Experience:

Must Have at high school diploma.

Must have 4 or more years of experience in Retail Management.

Efficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, Quickbooks, and Point-of-Sale Systems.

General Management Classes a plus.

Financial/Accounting a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to climb ladders, bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 50 pounds.

Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers

Performs store maintenance including but not limited to taking out garbage, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, maintaining stock room, and adheres to all standard operating procedures, policies and professional standards.

Additional responsibilities will be determined by General Management, as dictated by store needs. This position will require open availability as the store is open M-S. The position will require days, nights, weekend work and up to 50 hours per week.

Must be 18 years or older

Cleared background check and drug testing required

Compensation is based on experience and will be determined after interview at time of offer.

$600-$700 based on employment agreement and to include vacation after 1 year.
