Trinity Y2K (ministry of Trinity Presbyterian Church) is a licensed Child Care Center (ABC level C) and is looking for staff to work in our after-school program in the afternoons during the school year, and approximately 35 hours during summer camp. The position is for the afternoon hours but may include some morning hours in our daycare (hours may vary). Experience is preferred but not required.
All job applicants must be at least 18 and must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED and if hired, must pass a thorough background check (SLED, FBI, Central Registry).
Staff requirements include:
CPR and first aid certified (within 90 days of hire).
Either have taken ECD 101 or complete the 15 hour DSS health and safety course (within 90 days of hire).
Continuing education classes throughout the year.
Love working with children.
Be dependable and flexible.
If an applicant does not have the training requirements, we will make them available within the first 90 days of being hired. All new staff are required to be supervised (not be alone with children) for a minimum of 6 months from start date.
We are looking for motivated, out going, work as a team, children loving staff. If you do not like working with children, please do not apply.

Summer hours: will vary, anywhere between 8:00-5:30/6:00
School year: 2:30 - 5:30/6:00
