Ideal candidate must have:
Min 3 years in casual full service
Serv Safe Certified
Willing to work Holidays and weekends
Strong communications skills as well as strong written communication skills
Strong conflict resolution skills
Able to work min. of 55-60 hours a week.
Polished image and happy energized attitude. Carolina Roadhouse is super busy. Must be able to make strong decisions on the fly.
