Collectors Café is looking to fill YEAR ROUND Full Time , Experienced Grill Cook. Join one of Myrtle Beaches best award winning fine dining restaurants with 25 years of history. Grill Cook Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years casual FINE DINING experience
Excellent knife skills
Experienced and STRONG on the GRILL (NOT A FLATTOP GRILL!)
The ability to cook meat (filet mignon, ribeye, lamb, not hamburgers!) and fish to temperature (RARE, MED-RARE etc.)
The ability to break down meat & whole fish (head & tail on) a plus!
Read and follow scratch recipes without deviation
Reliable transportation and can show up on time
Current related references that will be verified
Team player with a desire to learn
