The position is only open for long term employment as we do not turn and burn employees. We train and train well to our systems and procedures.
Must have clean driving record and valid drivers license.
Must be willing to be trained and follow our procedures as we have a proven way to make our jobs work efficiently. Most of the painting is on concrete. Garage floors, driveways, patios etc. Tiling is mainly cleaning and restoration. Some tile replacements and re-grouting. Truckmounted equipment like carpet cleaning equipment is used. Concrete grinders for prep of the concrete.
Don't need experience, just an open mind and be trainable and willing to learn.
