Local Real Estate Management Firm is seeking a qualified individual to run our maintenance department and activities. Must have a valid drivers license and ability to pass a background check. Qualified applicants must be able to lift over 50 lbs., have experience in painting, minor electrical repair, minor plumbing repair. HVAC knowledge a plus. Some weekend work may be required. Ability to be on call on a scheduled basis for emergency situations. Knowledge of Long Term Rentals, as well as Vacation Rentals is a plus.
