PART-TIME SITE MANAGER needed for Conway area apartment site. Approx. 15 hours per week, daytime hours preferred. Compensation is a 2 BR rent free apt. Must live on site. Candidates must be very organized, computer proficient, have excellent communication skills and transportation, a "can do" attitude and excellent people skills for interacting with residents and the general public. Work involves processing applications, neat and accurate record-keeping, management operations of the property, problem solving, and other administrative duties.
