We are seeking an experienced, hardworking Maintenance Supervisor to join our 165+ unit community in Myrtle Beach, SC!
Ideal candidate will have strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and working knowledge and experience with plumbing and electrical systems. Responsibilities will include managing technicians, maintaining community grounds, amenities, apartments and building maintenance. We need a strong team player who will perform and communicate efficiently to ensure a positive environment and resident satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
At least 3 years prior supervisory experience in the apartment industry.
EPA certification
HVAC certification
CPO certification
Ability to complete make ready punch tasks efficiently.
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take direction from Property Manager.
Must be willing to take on call rotation for emergencies.
