Marketing Director / Real Estate Listing Manager Position for a Top Area Team
Requires excellent computer skills and communication skills (both written and verbal); comfortable with email, Microsoft Office Products, and contact management systems, ideally Top Producer.
Superior organizational abilities
Pleasant demeanor; professional and polished with a positive attitude
Very comfortable in communicating with our seller clients, both on the phone and via email.
Efficient and fast with a strong desire to "get the job done"
Listing marketing experience preferred - photography, video, internet marketing of listings.
Real Estate license preferred, not required, but some real estate experience is required. This position would be ideal for an agent looking for a change and steady income.
Prefer experience with MLS systems, listing input and listing/sales forms, as well as experience in closing real estate transactions.
Needs to be able to manage Social Media account and design and send Email Campaigns.
