Help manage approx 15 homes a year. Duties include but not limited to
Scheduling
Negotiating
Supervising
Take offs
Purchasing
Cleaning
Small handy man type tasks
Picking up and delivering material
Permitting
Warranty coordination
Customer service
Must have a great personality to be able to manage subcontractors and please homeowners. Time management and scheduling abilities are a must. This jobs 2 main skills will be meeting deadlines and pleasing homeowners.
