Lovely fabric shop in Garden City, SC has opening for Part-time/Temporary Sales Associate.
Applicant must know how to sew, measure fabric, great personality to talk with customers about their
projects, and ability to learn to recommend a fabric for their projects. Taking notes to follow and learn during phases of completion.
Must be dependable to work part-time, 12 - 24 hours per week, and alternate Saturdays, plus be able to fill-in for emergencies.
Must be polite in answering calls, and answering questions you can answer.
Able to work with other employees, and fabricators, coordinating schedules for projects, priorities and pickup from Fabricators.
Must be computer literate and ability to write Work Orders for projects precisely, to be followed to complete projects.
Must be math skills to count back change from register during sales and to calculate sales, if writing Sales receipts, and measurements for projects, to write down precise measurements, "as measure twice and cut once."
Salary is based on experience and paid weekly.
Must have own insurance, as we do not pay benefits. Weekly Payroll.
Need Drivers' License and be a US Citizen.
