We would prefer candidates have some boating experience. Sales experience is preferred but will train the right candidates.
You will have all the support and exposure from our staff and in the market to succeed if you have the work ethic and drive to be successful.
Experience:
1 year preferred in Customer Service or Sales
Boating: Basic knowledge of boats or time spent around boats is helpful
Qualifications and Requirements
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling
Good communication skills and the ability to interact positively with people
Self-motivated and self-confident
Willingness to learn
Reliable and Trustworthy
Computer Literate
Ability to climb ladders and stairs and to get on/off boats of varying sizes
All candidates must be able to pass a background check if requested.
