This position is located in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center.How you will make an impactProvide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

Field and send written business correspondence

Organize and route incoming telephone calls

May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment

Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Phone Coverage experience

Command of Inbound Telephone Calls

Practical knowledge of Superior Customer Service

Adeptness in Professional Phone Etiquette

Solid understanding of Answering Multi-Line Phone System

Phone Operations experience

Phone Messages experience preferred

General familiarity with customer service

Demonstrated knowledge of Customer Account

Microsoft Office knowledge required

2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

Customer service and office administrative skills
