Description SAIC is seeking
Radio Frequnecy Engineers to support a newly awarded contract with the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Support team. Work will be performed on-site in North Charleston, South Carolina. This program's support to NIWC LANT will include: Research and Development, Test and Evaluation, Prototype Fielding Kit Development, Engineering Documentation Development, Software Engineering, Integration, Training and Sustainment of the following systems Communication Emitter Sensing and Attacking System (CESAS), Tactical SIGINT Collection System (TSCS), and Marine Air Ground Task Force Electronic Warfare Ground Family of Systems (MEGFoS). Duties and Responsibilities:- Responsible for the end to end modeling of the MEGFoS system, identifying and ensuring interoperability of software, and using Ansus for Radio Frequency analysis.
- Responsible for applying systems analysis, design techniques, and operational procedures to complex scientific or operational systems in a broad area such as requirements development, engineering, interface design, training, routine operations, and interoperability
- Conduct research, development, analysis, test and evaluation of exploratory, advanced and engineering development of signals intelligence systems
- Provide systems development support and software support agent functions for the development and acquisition of new signals intelligence systems
- Conduct testing and evaluation through all phases of acquisition, with a shift in emphasis to analysis and system expertise during formal Developmental and Operational Testing
- Provide worldwide quick reaction support to the war fighter by troubleshooting, evaluating performance, and modifying existing signals intelligence systems
- Leverage hands-on work to develop and sustain engineering expertise
- Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM)
- Minimum requirements will vary based on role, level, education and experience
- Experience in C4ISR related programs to include: Technology Analysis and Assessments, Design Definition, Development of Systems Specifications, Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems/Equipment Integration, and Test and Evaluation
- Expert in network, system architecture, and the interoperability of USMC intelligence system collection and analysis platform
- Minimum Active Secret required
- Preferred Top Secret or TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Must have ability to receive a TS/SCI Clearance
