Internal Communications Lead

Reporting to the Head of Communications (Corporate), we are seeking a highly experienced, well organised candidate to join Nine in this newly created role as Internal Communications Lead. You will take the lead in developing and executing the internal communications strategy across our diverse and impactful organisation. This critical role will also see you enhance connection with our people, and ensure timely, clear, and consistent messaging to employees.Day to you you will:Develop and deliver the Nine Group's internal communications strategy, focusing on supporting the company's strategy and transformation program.Partner closely with People & Culture to lead communications for cultural transformation and critical people projects.Counsel the CEO, Chief People Officer and the Executive Leadership Team on effective communication strategies to ensure employees are engaged and informed of change.Shape Nine's internal communications infrastructure, channels, and measurement, utilising technology and AI to increase effectiveness.Oversee the communications calendar to effectively manage change fatigue and message volume across the organisation.
