Operational Requirement Systems Planner SupportShaw AFB, SCTS/SCIProvide expert analytic support on Adversary Air Defense and Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) integration through the authoring and critical review of adversary Air Defense related products, ensuring an emphasis on potential implications to USAFCENT plans and/or operations, or USAF and ally aircrew training. These products may include, but are not limited to, PowerPoint presentations, formal messages, background papers, and items of interest, collection requirements, production requirements, Request for Information (RFI) answers, and staff summary packages for general officers, Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC)/USAFCENT staff and supported unit reviews.Position Description

Develop, analyze, and submit documentation regarding operational requirements and corresponding concepts of operations for the employment and sustainment of ISR related technologies. These products shall provide the basis for the cogent planning, programming, and prioritization of fiscal resources required to meet nationally directed standards, Unified Command / USAF directives, and CAF employment requirements for operations during peace, crisis and war.

Conduct interoperability analyses to ensure the compatibility of emerging ISR technologies with Combatant Command / USAF directives and existing / programmed ISR and C2 components. These components shall include air, space, land, and sea-based ISR collection platforms, Processing, Exploitations and Dissemination Systems, and forward/rear operating C2 elements.

Maintain currency with ISR discipline-specific technologies under development and operationally fielded to maximize opportunities for multi-intelligence correlation and fusion.

Identify the requirements for the AOC and ensure the ISR Division portion of the Contingency of Operations Plan (COOP) is duplicated for the CFACC designated location.

Devise and document strategies to synchronize the insertion of new ISR correlated/fused data with the efficient planning, direction, and operational employment of theater aerospace, ground, and naval forces.

Education/Skills

Bachelor’s Degree or six (6) years’ comparable USAF experience

Six (6) years ISR experience (SIGINT or IMINT)

Intelligence Collection Manager’s Course (ICMC)- DIA

Minimum four (4) years’ prior experience in Collection Management position

Working knowledge of National and Theater collection management systems and capabilities

Experience using Planning Tool for Resource Integration, Synchronization, and Management (PRISM) and related ISR management applications

Applied understanding of the DCGS Enterprise and its support to USAFCENT’s role

In-depth understanding of the relationship between Joint Staff, Joint Commands, Major Commands, Task Forces, Air Operation Centers, and Air Force agencies

In-depth experience working in a CAOC and deployments to the USCENTCOM Theater of operations

Minimum one (1) year of AOC experience preferred
