Commis Chef

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our talented kitchen brigade at Spice Central Kitchen & Bar. This role is responsible for food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality dishes across all service periods.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.Ensure mise en place is prepared and stocked for service.Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.Assist with stock rotation and minimising wastage.Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations.
