Who are we looking for? We are currently seeking a performance specialist with 3+ years experience proficient in paid search and social within an agency environment.We are looking for someone with solid digital knowledge, excellent analytical skills and with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to Director, Client Lead and Client needs and issues. Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships at mid level and solid project management skills are other qualities required.There are lots of opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge as well as responsibilities across the client. There are many training opportunities internally and externally with our agency partners  Google and Facebook.What will your day look like?You will run and manage campaigns end to end including developing the strategy to deliver on the KPI, build the campaign, go live, optimise and report back. You will optimise performance marketing campaigns across the channel mix including paid search, display, paid social and retargetingYou will help manage the execution of performance strategies to grow traffic, sales, profit and new customers (KPI dependant)Your  time will be allocated as Search (Google,  Bing) 40%, Social (Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter) 40%, Programmatic 15% and other eg Native, direct buy 5%You will be strong in client management across high volume account, working with pace and precision and manage the client in day to day communication and deliveryYou will be able to demonstrate an aptitude to interrogate data to look for trends leading to insights You will look for opportunities that support strategic decision-making and be able to communicate this to the clientYou will maintain efficiencies throughout the team with processes and automationYou will utilise internal data systems to measure and report on performance and ensure goals and objectives are met across all touchpointsYou will manage the full performance budget from forecasting, pacing, invoicing and reconciliationTo do so you will need to be proficient with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Supermetrics, Youtube & DV360. Some aspects such as experience with programmatic, Bid Management tools are highly regarded but not essentialYou will have a high attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, project management and organisation skills and will thrive in a fast paced environmentYou will have a strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, Slides,Docs and Keynote using a Mac.Your key responsibilitiesEnsures that best practice Search and Social buying across all briefsOptimises performance marketing campaigns across the channel mix including SEM, display, paid social, retargetingHelps lead the development and execution of performance strategies to grow traffic, sales, profit and new customersMaintains relationship with Google, Facebook and other publishers like Bing, Snapchat, Twitter, Linkedin, Apple Search Ads. Feeding new features and innovation through to managers & execs as well as the wider performance teamManages the allocation of resources within your team to ensure that all accounts are adequately resourced and work is delivered in an efficient manner and to a high standardMaintain efficiencies throughout the team with processes and automation.Ensures you probe to understand the “WHY” in Client briefsWorks closely with Data and Analytics team to really understand the data leading to insightsWorks closely with the Planning and Trading team, SEO, Content & Programmatic team to bring the channel plan to life. Our recommendations need to feel like ONE, bringing it all together in a consistent and clear way for the Client to easily grasp and for Atomic to then deliver.Understands the processes and tools applied within the Stratalytics offering and ensure team members have clarity on theseLeads the development and execution of performance strategies to grow traffic, sales, profit and new customersUtilises internal data systems to measure and report on performance and ensure goals and objectives are met across all touchpoints.Develops a team vision and culture to inspire results-driven, innovative, proactive mentalityHelps drive Strategy and Analytic training for the Performance Managers and Executives and broader team to upskillCoaches, mentors and develops your Manager/Exec in the art of Performance and AnalyticsDrives performance conversations and reviews with your Manager/Exec. Monthly check ins on goals and KPIs.Team Management & DevelopmentYou will work with the Performance Director to help facilitate deliverables for clients and with your direct reports to ensure tasks are completed effectivelyYou will provide development and training to direct reports so they can continue in their career progression with regular check ins on their wellbeing, development and to assess performance against #GROW goals.
