We are currently looking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our Concierge team. As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming and safe environment, ensuring our guests have memorable experiences throughout their stay.Key duties include:Be present at the Concierge/Front Desk or in the lobby to assist guests, colleagues and visitors Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all timesEnsure collection and delivery of guest luggage in an efficient and timely mannerAssist guest with all enquiries and complaints and provide accurate information to guests about Hotel facilities and nearby attractionsCommunicate with other departments to ensure relevant information is communicated between departmentsAssist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests
