- Assist in preparation of annual budget, monthly financial reporting packages, analysis of current & projected financial performance, as well as ad hoc projects when required
- Perform various complex activities related to variance analysis, capital planning, competitor and macro-economic surveillance, as well as analysis of industry trends
- Prepare financial analysis and benchmarking regarding competitor and peer financial and capital performance
- Maintain and improve efficacy of meeting daily funding needs of the business through stewarding cash forecasting models
- Create and operate financial models to facilitate analysis and decision-making
- Assist in the execution and administration of the company's funding and securitization programs through activities such as preparing data and analysis for rating agencies and banking partners, creating and updating presentation materials for investors and other external partners, preparing pool of loans to be used for the different financings, analyzing and evaluating terms of various financing opportunities, and organizing key deal documentation
- Analyze business problems within the company with a focus on improving the operations of the Finance Department and underlying business performance
- Develop and maintain specific projections for asset and financial performance
- 1+ y ears of financial experience within accounting or finance
- Experience with or knowledge of Capital Markets
- Experience with or knowledge of Asset Backed Finance (ABF) or Asset Backed Securities (ABS)
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience within Workday, SQL, or Tableau would be a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in a business such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a relevant discipline
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment where every day presents unique challenges and opportunities

- Must have strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and time management skills
