Position SummaryRecruiting and Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for managing the manual and electronic portions of the recruiting and onboarding lifecycle for hourly positions at our fulfillment center in Jedburg, SC. This includes, scheduling interviews, pre-employment background screening, new hire paperwork, first day orientation and coordinating travel. This person is responsible for creating an exceptional first day experience for new employees. This role serves as secondary support to HR Manager and work flow processes. This role also includes creating badges, security accesses and processing invoices, as well as general HR and office support. Responsibilities ? Coordinates entire recruiting and onboarding life cycle (paperwork and HRIS processes) ? Administers and schedules pre-employment screenings (Drug Screens, Background Checks, Physicals, etc.) ? Oversees Orientation; scheduling, setup, agenda and materials ? Creates employee badges and assigns security door access levels ? Supports and assists in the maintenance of the HRIS system data ? Works with payroll to add new hires ? Manages work flow processes for employee changes ? Assists with employee questions regarding pay and benefits ? Creates reports and org charts as needed ? Maintains accurate, up-to-date HR filing systems and personnel records ? Provides backup support for selected HRIS roles ? Provide administrative support in all Human Resources areasPersonal Qualities

Qualifications Bachelor?s Degree preferred or Associates Degree and solid work experience recruiting high volume warehouse or inventory associates 1-3 years systems experience (Paylocity, JazzHR, ADP, Ultipro, PeopleSoft, etc.) Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
