Job Summary:Answers and directs calls using computerized telephone systems. Assists
external and internal customers by providing both general and patient
information within a multi-facility healthcare environment, according to
established policies. Responsible for following emergency protocols and
notifying personnel using various communication devices. Effectively
responds to panels and alarms routed through the communication center.
Required to maintain composure in difficult situations. Performs other
assignments as directed by supervisor.All team members are responsible for bringing life to our Purpose

through every action and every interaction at work. Responsibilities:Demonstrates the knowledge and ability to provide information and direct
calls for multiple facilities.Answers and forwards telephone calls in a timely manner, with efficiency
and professionalism; must adhere to HIPAA regulations.Demonstrates knowledge of panels, alarms and policies, where
applicable. Responds appropriately.Maintains accurate detailed logs of daily activity, including codes,
keys, alarms, long distance calls, language lines, and lost and found,
where applicable.Provides after hours service and maintains on call schedules for
multiple hospital departments.Ability to apply critical thinking skills in everyday tasks and unique
situations.Demonstrates knowledge of how to effectively manage calls and report
issues related to Call Management application.Requirements:Education: High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.Experience:Prefer at least 1-2 years in a customer service environment, clerical
and or telecommunications experience. Demonstrate questioning and
listening skills that support effective telephone communication.Special Training: Must be able to demonstrate basic computer knowledge
and skills. Basic knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred. Must be
