Job Description

You’ll bepart of the Digitas Strategy Team – the center of strategy for the business. You will be a key player and learn from a lean team of problem-solving consultants that quickly deliver business insights through understanding audiences, developing data-led decisions, customer experiences and strategy direction.

You canlook at performance results across communications journeys in-depth, and make decisions about how best to optimise performance through campaign activations and tests.

You’ll bea fast worker, who delivers impeccably and on time. Your most comfortable taking an existing strategy and turning it into executable briefs for the team to deliver, ensuring we deliver to the needs of the client. In other words you GSD (Get Stuff Done) really well.

You canquickly plan CRM campaign journeys across email, SMS, web, apps and other digital channels working directly with the client to provide expert communications and CRM advice.

You’llreport to the Strategy Director, where you will be required to support the team by executing strategies and campaigns with excellent briefs, go-to-market plans, journey flows and be able to deliver on time to gain the best results.

Day-to-day, your role includes:

  • Communications briefing:Work with the Strategy director and Client Service team across clients to quickly develop clear and detailed briefs across email, SMS, website integrated into CRM and marketing automation tools for the delivery teams to execute.
  • Micro-journey planning:Support the Head of Strategy by documenting workshops and creating artefacts such as as-is and future-state journey flows, campaign briefs, strategy presentations and more to help clients understand the best solution for their business needs.
  • Make data-based decisions:You have a strong iterative ‘test and learn’ mindset, understanding deeply how to develop A/B and multivariate tests to understand what small changes to your communications can drive outstanding results.
  • Creative problem solving:While you’ll have access to an award winning creative team, you’ll be able to creatively problem solve and ideate solutions.
  • Fast-paced, hands-on delivery:You take a hands-on approach to quickly distill complex information into simple and succinct strategic outputs.
  • Insight-based decision making: A keen researcher, who can convert data to insight to help inform and craft evidence-based strategic documents.
  • Problem solving with CX:You have a proactive problem solving and growth mindset to think of innovative solutions and constantly evolve your understanding to meet the needs of our clients, with a desire to quickly grow into a Customer Experience (CX) focused role.

Qualifications

We’re looking for strong, impactful experience,which typically includes:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a campaign planning role or similarwith passion for CRM.
  • Have a good understanding of Salesforce CRMor similar (and ideally what the difference between a CDP, DMP or DSP is) to inform decisions for campaigns you plan.
  • Experience in developing

    clear campaign plans in the form of journey/touchpoint flows, strategy presentations or creative briefsto present directly to clients for their agreement.
  • Can develop multi-variate communications matrices that help guide teams on the audience segmentation, touchpoint and message for implementation.
  • an ability to turn strategies into actionable plans, briefing the team internally to deliver work, and stay on track to achieve the strategy objectives.
  • A strong interest and understanding of human decision-makingto always think ‘customer-first’ ideally with an interest in human behaviour, psychology or behavioural science.
  • Strong interpersonal skillsdemonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders, and be able to provide clear feedback on creative and copy.
  • A gun with Powerpoint / Keynote / Google Slidesto quickly distil information into easy to understand customer experiences, briefs and projects that look great.
