Job ID: SD-001 Title: Full Stack .NET Developer Duration: 12+ Months (with possible extension) Client: State of South Dakota - Department of Labor and Regulation Location: Aberdeen, SD or Remote

DURATION: 12 months, beginning as early as January 1st, 2022. Job Description : State/Client needs.

A degree or equivalent experience in computer science or information systems;

Proficient in application development, Windows and Web-based, using Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, MVC Framework, HTML, UWP, Unit Testing with TDD, IOC Containers and JavaScript;

Proficient in Relational Database: Design, Creation, Optimization, and Refactoring SQL databases;

Proficient in the development of Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions, SSIS and SSRS;

Proficient in Web Services, Web API, and WCF development experience is desirable;

Knowledgeable in SQL Performance Tuning, including use of the Query Store;

Knowledgeable in Microsoft SQL Replication technologies;

Knowledgeable in the use of Azure DevOps (ADOS);

Knowledgeable of interfacing with IBM 3090 mainframe is desirable;

Knowledgeable of Azure functions, Bootstrap, and JQuery is desirable;

Ability to translate non-technical client requirements into information technology solutions;

Ability to perform unit and functional testing on developed applications;

Familiar with SDLC concepts;

Familiar with Agile and/or SCRUM development methodologies;

Good communication skills, written and verbal;

Perform these functions with minimal supervision;

Ability to pass background security check (including fingerprinting).
