Position Summary

This position is within the Visa Consulting & Analytics (Marketing) teamcovering CEMEA Region asBusiness Planning & Operations (BPO) Manager reporting to the Director of CEMEA Planning and Measurement

This position is tasked with collating, summarizing and creating transparency on financial and operational results of the CEMEA Marketing team,to the regional / service line leads and their team membersalong withproviding decision-supporting analysis to the BPOlead for business planningand strategic initiatives. The person is also responsible for analyzing performance management, budgeting, forecasting of the function, supporting consolidation processes and monitor as well as optimize business operations.Principal Responsibilities

  • Support in preparing the overall budget planning and financial forecasting of the Marketing CEMEA function by collecting information from all sub-regions and managing the monthly validation of financial and operational performance
  • Coordinate with the sub-regional marketing teams to deliver Monthly Business reviews packs to be presented to CEMEA / Global leadership team
  • Support in preparing information required for ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from CEMEA and Global Finance teams, Global Marketing teams, CEMEA Business Ops, etc.
  • Support in formulation and regular tracking of Marketing CEMEA scorecard
  • Monitor marketing Visa Project Central (VPC)/time tracking entries and provide status reports as well as support in tool enhancements and roll out of new tools to support a fast growing business unit in Visa.
  • Responsible for assessing team compliance by cross-checking completeness and all Marketing project documentation
  • Marketing process SME, act as the primary liaison between Marketing CEMEA and the CEMEA Ops, Legal, Sourcing, Controllership and Compliance teams to ensure Marketing’s business requirements are met
  • Support and compile Marketing CEMEA interactions with Visa Audit teams and their respective stakeholders
  • Support ongoing training, guidance of and communication to all Marketing CEMEA team members on Marketing-related finances and business operations, processes and tools, including Visa project central (VPC) and time tracking

Qualifications

Professional Exp University degree in Business Administration, with focus on Finance / Business Analysis Experienced in working across functions and with different levels of seniority Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance / business analysis / operations role, preferably in large matrix organizations

Qualifications Comprehensive understanding of business processes and structure Excellent analytical, written, oral, organizational, and presentation skills Ability to multi task in a variety of tasks with different levels of complexity Ability to develop effective plans and organize work efficiently Ability to define problems, collect data, establish fact based decisions Pro-active and result driven attitude Experience in project management Business fluency in English (written and spoken) Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and database management skills required, QuickBase and time tracking tools an advantage Ability to quickly learn new systems and share learnings with extended teams and new joiners as a trainer Ability to create efficient MI reporting with limited guidance
