To manage assigned Real Estate Finance Solutions (REF) across the deal lifecycle, ensuring clients needs are met and individual financial KPI's are achieved. Essential Functions include the following :Lead deal negotiations for vanilla and structured Debt Solutions. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to complete all contracting requirements, deal commercial terms and closing processes to drive the realization of commercial targets, maximizing shareholder returns and growing IB revenue.Conduct research and provide key insights for team members to utilize when setting criteria and defining the client segment in support of identifying and implementing continuous improvement and development initiatives.Manage delivery against allocated deal revenue targets. Measure, monitor and report on financial performance for assigned portfolio of deals versus the budget.Own and lead the conceptual design of REF financial models (e.g. valuations, financial, transactional) ensuring updates and adjustments are made, and test reliability and validity to effectively structure vanilla and structured Debt Solutions. Finalize supporting documentation (e.g. offering memorandums, engagement letters, term sheets, pricing supplements and legalagreements) to ensure solutions are aligned to the clients' needs and CIB commercial, risk and regulatory frameworks.
