As a Houseperson, you play a key role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. You will support the housekeeping team by keeping guest rooms spotless, stocking supplies, and promptly responding to guest requests. Your attention to detail and dedication to maintaining clean and well-kept hotel premises help ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional stay.As a Houseperson, you will:Assist the housekeeper in removal of garbageClean and maintain guest rooms, including changing bed linens, vacuuming carpets, and dusting furnitureStock storage closets with clean linens, towels, and other suppliesRespond to staff and guest requests for assistance, such as providing extra towels or making a bedWalk the hotel premises to ensure that they are clean and well-maintainedReport any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisorMaintain a safe working environment and follow all safety proceduresTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
