Job Description

- Permanent Part Time 60 hours per fortnight
- StJohns Villa Residential Aged Care
We are on the lookout for experienced Maintenance Officer to providequality customer focused maintenance, grounds and garden services to the residents of St Johns Villa, New Lambton.
To be successful in this role you’ll need:- Experience working with maintenance requirements in aged care, retirement, schools or similar
- Ability to provide technical advice and produce technical reports.
- Ability to provide works costs estimates.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and be flexible.
- Knowledge and understanding of WH&S requirements
- Ability to prioritise and be organised.
- Current unrestricted Class C NSW Drivers Licence
- Must be able to provide evidence of 2021Flu Vaccination.
- Willingness to receive the Covid-19 Vaccination
