Hiring 1 more fabulous Cook for our Under Canvas Mt. Rushmore location which is in Keystone, South Dakota.
The Embers Restaurant will serve the guests at Under Canvas Mt. Rushmore.

Offering a full 40 hour work week, housing is free except the $200 refundable deposit.
Cook Description: Reports to F&B Manager and/or Kitchen Manager - Responsible for but not limited to; menu item execution, recipe compliance, prep lists, production sheets, HACCP, kitchen cleanliness & ware washing & upholding Under Canvas standards. Should have experience with working the grill, flat top, sauté, hot & cold prep, pantry and must be comfortable with cooking breakfast.
