Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general facility upkeep. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and other structures
Conduct routine inspections and identify issues that need repair
Handle minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks
Install, troubleshoot, and repair fixtures and appliances as needed
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance standards
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete tasks efficiently
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or in a related field
Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
Ability to use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Schedule 40 hours a week
