Resident Manager for 41 unit apartment development. Must live on site. This position includes leasing and collections of rent. Cleaning common areas and apartment turnovers, grounds care, snow removal and minor maintenance. Must be good with people and have a good aptitude for leasing to prospective tenants. This development is smoke free and pet free. Wages depend on experience and does include rent free apartment plus wages, fringes, rent up fees and car allowance. This position would be ideal for a retired or semi retired couple.
