Northern Plains Eye Foundation, a Rapid City-based nonprofit organization, is looking for a rockstar part-time administrative assistant/backup project coordinator! This is a challenging, yet flexible, position entrusted with a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities from front line reception, to project and administrative coordination, to administering childrens vision screenings, to marketing and fundraising. The position functions primarily during the months of September to May, on a varied schedule, as-needed, Monday-Friday mornings with some flexibility in establishing arrival and departure times, and an occasional evening or weekend, which makes the position a good match for someone who may need to work around the school year or another schedule.
The perfect fit is someone with:
ï Strong administrative and organizational skills.
ï Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, inclusive of mail merge, labels, tables, etc.
ï Knowledge of digital media with ability to develop content, create events, and implement campaigns, and monitor analytics.
ï Experience in marketing and fundraising.
