Northern Plains Eye Foundation, a Rapid City-based nonprofit organization, is looking for a rockstar part-time administrative assistant/backup project coordinator! This is a challenging, yet flexible, position entrusted with a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities “ from front line reception, to project and administrative coordination, to administering childrens vision screenings, to marketing and fundraising. The position functions primarily during the months of September to May, on a varied schedule, as-needed, Monday-Friday mornings with some flexibility in establishing arrival and departure times, and an occasional evening or weekend, which makes the position a good match for someone who may need to work around the school year or another schedule.

The perfect fit is someone with:

ï­ Strong administrative and organizational skills.

ï­ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, inclusive of mail merge, labels, tables, etc.

ï­ Knowledge of digital media with ability to develop content, create events, and implement campaigns, and monitor analytics.

ï­ Experience in marketing and fundraising.
